Facebook Birthdays & Google Map

I am using Iphone 6s with ios 11.0.3, Can any one guide me about:
1- how can I sync birthdays from facebook apps with iphone calendar?
2- how can I make google map my default map?

1 you can't unless you add them in manually
2 There does not seem to be a way to change the default map in newer IOS versions.
