Facebook business page biography problem

Hi guys!

I’m an admin for a Facebook business page for my band. I recently noticed on the “about” tab that there is an extra bio...there is the normal bio that I have written, followed by contact details, and then underneath there is a second one. I believe it is an old bio that we used to have, or it might have been the content of “our story” a couple of years ago.

It only shows up on mobile devices, not on the PC, and I have tried looking everywhere to delete it but can not actually find it anywhere when I try to edit the page.

Has anyone dealt with this before? Any help/suggestions?

I wrote to the Facebook help/feedback option a couple of days ago and basically just got a reply saying they’re using my feedback to improve their service. Is there a better way to contact them? I couldn’t seem to find one.
