Seriously. Do they need a pixar artist to re-imagine their emoticons? Methinks market bull.

I just hope they don't lose small, cute emoticons and go for over-expressive, super-cartoonish detailed drawings. Emoticons should pass a simple feeling, not be a character in itself. At least, that's what I think.

BTW, rage comic faces are a nice emoticon if in absolute need to go beyond text glory, but this is just my opinion.
