facebook is asking for photo ID's from me unlock my account....

Facebook locked my account, I was using it and it logged me out. Now when I go to sign in a screen pops up asking for Name (First and Last) and birth date, and photo ID's....what is the story here. I've tried changing my password. Does not work, tired shutting down...no help, tried help center....nothing....has anyone had this happen...????

photo id?? i don't understand them, if someone want to fool them he can just photoshop it.
