Facebook:Lost phone number,verified using email but still asks for the phone number's verification code

I was watching some netflix and suddenly my facebook account got some security issues.It asked for a confirmation code via phone number but Ive lost my old sim card.So I opted to recover my account back using my gmail.Then it sent a code,prompts me to change my password and then it asked for my old phone number again! How do I send facebook a confirmation process? I am panicking right now
