Solved! Facebook marketplace messages get disappeared

Dear folk
This problem happened month ago my facebook marketplace messages get dis-appread from facebook messenger what I have to do profile --> Archived chats--> Unarchive couple of chats --> messages get displayed again on messenger,,,,after while all messages get dis-appread again and I have to repeat the same trick.
I have contacted facebook one month back and still no reply

Unfortunately, only FB support can resolve account issues on FB. No one here, or elsewhere, can do so.
