Question Facebook not sending security code

Every time I click send code nothing happens. I have tried every day for 3 days now and I can't get it to work. I need access to my facebook it is the only way I can talk to my elderly parents in the states and it also took away access to every game I had linked to Facebook and some I have used real money to play. My facebook account also has my credit info. I tried to access my account on a computer and 2 different mobile devices I tried the app, going in through Chrome, and through puffin they all only give the option for sms but won't send the code. I have tried to contact Facebook and got no response and I went through the Facebook help pages there is nothing there about this problem. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this problem?

Unfortunately, you must resolve this matter with Facebook. There is nothing we, or anyone else, can do to resolve FB account issues. Only Facebook can. Sorry.
