Facebook's Help centre cannot do anything

I had recently open a new account because I already have 5000 friends as facebook have the limit of friends and thats why I decide to open a new account but then it keep said that "You can't use Facebook at the moment, We're reviewing the photo that you sent us. We're always looking out for your security, so until then you won't be able to use Facebook." . I had open several account but looks like facebook doesnt let me to open a new account. Hence I had send several emails to their info, PR, and other department but there is no reply. This make me feel very odd, especially they don't reply me and simply review and block my account. I would say facebook is not a good social networking because you cannot contact their help centre and no one reply. How can imagine there is no people reply your email for that big company? I really think that they are just not care about their customers.
