Factory mode resetting

I have a Toshiba laptop satellite L10-102 with Ubuntu operating system and I want to reset it to factory mode. Can you help me please?

May not be the same method with Ubuntu installed, but try this:

Turn laptop off.
Turn laptop on and immediately press and hold the '0' (zero) key until Recovery screen appears.
Follow instructions on the screen.
