Factory recovery password for acer aspire 3000/5000

What is the factory recovery password for acer aspire 3000/5000 and i cant get in to the computer at all. So dont ask me to get on the internet, i cant.

You will need to call the Manufacturers or look online like now when you read this you'll obviously be online other than that best i could think of is go to a friends or family members and use their computer to get it all sorted out best of luck!
