Factory restore my Toshiba satellite

I've tried to restore my laptop and all I get is enter password. Is it possible to redo the holding 0 button?

Yes it is possible. I successfully was able to do it, but it didn't work in the end because the HDD was dead. You can go on Toshiba's website and they have guides for alternate ways of troubleshooting a restore. I had the same issue with my Satellite C55. I ended up calling them and the tech support was very helpful. Be warned, unless you're under warranty, you have to pay a fee for any help they give.
