Fail to send

I have a hard time sending texts. They fail all the time. I was told to put flight mode on & then off. That works for a bit. Some days I have to do that 5 or 6 timed. Any suggestions?

What network? what phone? using wifi? what txting apps?

I have a Samsung s7 galaxy android.

It is a Samsung Galaxy s7. My network is SaskTel. I have wi fi on through telus. I just use the standard texting message app on phone. It doesn't happen when I use What's app or messenger. We go back and forth between 2 provinces so I wonder if it happens because I am not in my home Sask Tel. province all the time? I'm not real tech literate!!

fail only on mobile network. contact them
