If its a fan error upon BIOS post, and you have a CASE fan plugged into your mobo, either disable hardware monitoring for the fan, of plug it into a molex connector from your PSU (adapeter required, ususally included with a fan purchase).

If its your CPU fan, and posts an error, get a new fan!
