Rake Apple over the coals. I moved on from my iPhone 6 Plus due to poor performance. I thought it was a matter of an old CPU and little RAM not keeping up with the times, but little did I know that I probably just needed a new battery. I would have liked the opportunity to make an informed decision. Again, rake them over the coals.
