Hi folks,

I'm trying to purchase laptops and desktops for the nonprofit I work for. I was thinking of buying these computers from TechSoup since they include Microsoft Office Suite installed with 1 year of troubleshooting support.

Staff members will be using computers for Google hangout/Skype, Microsoft Word/Excel, and web browsing. They need computers that can have multiple programs running (such as the 3 listed above) without slowing down too much.

I'm also open to other options too. I look forward to hearing your input.

Considering how lightweight those programs are, all those will be perfectly sufficient. The Dell desktop is also a pretty good deal since it includes a monitor. Nice and cheap and effective for a workplace. Space is limited though depending on how much data your people need to store; hard drives can always be added if necessary. The laptop has a 320GB hard drive and the desktop 500GB.
