They're pretty similar in specs. Honestly it comes down to the OS and the display

The first has Windows 7 and a larger display
The second has Windows 8 and a smaller display (but higher resolution). Also it's a touchscreen. If you're interested in those features then the second one would be better, if you want to stick with Windows 7 and you don't care about touch, get the first one.

I'd personally get the 20994PU model, it's $950 but that 1080p display is definitely worth the extra money imo if you can afford it
