Solved! find a network adaptor

After fitting a new drive and installing a fresh copy of windows 7 I have no network adaptor. Unable to find how I can download one from a TOSHIBA site since cannot find my model listed.

You will have to go to an internet connected PC, download the driver. Put that driver on a USB drive and load it. The L670 has a support page. Toshiba doesn't make it easy to find the correct driver on their webpage.

Thanks so much for replying. I have been trying to find a site all afternoon but whenever I put in my laptop details the model number is not recognised. Often it says I need go to the European site - I've done that but without success - Toshiba seems to considers my Laptop as being too old I guess. Its quite frustrating.

Thank you so much for your help. Although I could not recognise the numbers following L670 I tried the top one and selected the Lan Ethernet folder and now have successfully connected to the internet - currently downloading windows updates - thanks again.

My parents got that model laptop, it is a bit weird that it was bought in the US but the model seems to want to link to some European version of a laptop. I remember checking for drivers for it and it was finding odd links to Toshiba pages.
