find disable front panel jacks

I want to be able to hear sound from my speakers and headphone simultaneously. I find an instruction to : Audio Mgr>Connection Settings>Disable front panel jack detection to be able to both channels from both sources. I have Win 7, Realtek sound but I cannot find the place where i can access Connection Settings. I need help please.

In the realtek audio manager, top right corner, click on gear icon, options.
