I want to download my photos. I read I could use explorer. Please explai in detail, thank you

Read where? Explorer is a pretty general word. Maybe Windows Explorer? Which would be just plugging the phone to the computer, going to My Computer to the drive letter that shows up, and going to the folder with images, should be in the DCIM folder.
