hi there, i reinstalled the windows on my Sony VAIO Laptop/ VGN TZ 37, Viesta ultra and the fingerprint is not working, and not even appeaing
please help

do you mean Operating System.
I used to have Vista, and I installed Viesta Ultimate.
hope that is ok.

Both Vista, should not have any issues because of that. If you look in device manager does it show up? Are there any programs installed for configuring the reader? Check in Control Panel also see if there is a fingerprint reader icon.
