firestick use with mohu antenna

No. They use separate inputs; they are not connected in any way. Just change your TV input to whatever you want to view. The Mohu presumably uses the standard coaxial, so it would be viewed through your TV's default input. The Fire Stick would be viewed through one of your HDMI inputs.
