First smartphone

This will be my first smartphone on Verizon Wireless. I'm going to buy a 2gb plan.

I was looking at the Droid X2, Droid Charge, and Droid 3.

Should I wait or decided between these 3 (or others)

Speed wise,Droid 3 is the fastest because of having a dual core Cortex A9 CPU
