Fix damaged tv screen

My cousin punched my tv and now it has different coloured lines and the place where he punched at has some shattered glass effect
Can this be fixed ?
I have a Samsung tv it is quite old but not too bad

It would probably cost more to fix it than a new one would cost.

To answer your question, yes the panel can be replaced.

Is it worth it? I agree with clarkjd, it isn't worth it to fix it.
