Fixing Graphics Issues in Temple Run 2

Temple Run 2 is fun, but also very demanding. Some phones can’t support it well. 1 GB of RAM is required to run Temple Run 2, but even some devices with enough memory to meet that requirement will have a garbled graphics issue that makes the game unplayable. Use the steps below to solve the graphics issue.

Step 1
Launch the Temple Run 2 application on your device. At the bottom of the screen, you should see a “Menu” option. Tap it. A menu screen will launch that includes options to look at leaderboards, visit the store, and more. Choose the “Settings” menu, which is located in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.

Step 2
One of the items in the Settings menu is “Visual Quality.” There is a slider under the Visual Quality heading that allows you to choose between three graphics options: Good, Best, and Better. You might not be able to make out the slider with garbled graphics, but it’s there, and by default, it is set to “Best.”

Step 3
Place your finger right above the word “Best” on the screen, then drag your finger over to “Good.” Finally, tap the “Back” button at the bottom left-hand corner of the screen to let the new settings take effect.

Recap
If you are having graphics issues with Temple Run 2, then changing the graphic quality from “Best” to “Good” will actually improve things greatly. You won’t get the crisp, clean graphics that Temple Run 2 is ideally supposed to deliver, but you won’t have to deal with garbled graphics anymore!
