Question Fizzing noise on HyperX Cloud Orbit S

They are a new pair of headphones, I just plugged them in via USB, and they work but I hear a fizzing sound when music is playing it drowns it out. Is this fizzing sound normal, is it something I should be concerned about?

This happens with 3D mode set to Manual and Auto.
Try the headphones on another PC, if it still doesn't work, send it back, otherwise something is wrong with you computer

I dont have the 3D mode on, but I can still hear the fizzing, its a very feint background noise. But I can hear it.
