Flickering Black Box On Screen

I recently purchase Dell inspiron i5 6th gen.
When ever my laptop's fan move fast or i don't know what part is near fan move fast at the bottom.. my screen starts glitching.Black boxes appear...

It sounds like you are having an overheating issue (hence the fans getting louder and faster) which may have started to fry your graphics card. Not good.

Try installing something like "Speedfan" to see if you are actually getting the overheating. If yes, then the only way to fix is to either replace/repair it yourself, or have someone else do it for you. Unless the device is still under warranty. If so, then you need to contact the manufacturer about repairs and/or replacements.

One more thing,, when ever i open heavy softwares like,,phpstorm , Visual Studio 2015 , camtasia Studio.. it also start glitching

I would still try as I suggested. The fact that it happens with software that uses a lot of resources just makes it sound more like an overheating issue.
