Solved! FN Special Keys Inverted- Help

My laptop is a 2016 Dell. Yesterday the F1-F12 keys were working fine, but today when I used the F1-F12 Keys, it was different. The special keys replaced the F1-F12 keys. For example, when I clicked F11, my brightness was supposed to go down. Now, it puts me on full screen. I can't live with having to press Fn + F1-F12 forever, especially when increasing volume. Someone, please help because I'm going crazy over it.

There is probably a Fn lock key on the laptop that was hit.

There is likely a BIOS setting for which in which Fn state the keys should operate.
