I live near the coastal area in NY, but not in the mandatory evac zone (zone A). I'm in the zone B, but I'm still going to to NJ (the safe zone).

KM= Kilometer (one thousand "meters")
PH= Per Hour (for every hour, or 60 mins, 3600 seconds, etc)

Kilometers per hour is correctly abbreviated km/h. According to BIPM, kph and kmph are both incorrect.

You realize that I was pointing out that kmph is wrong yes, just like you are wrong :p it's not kmph it's km/h you can just look in your car to see that :p
