forgot pass word

I have a Lenovo laptop and forgot my password. How do I get around that?

Contact Lenovo and prove ownership to them and they will help you. Or ask the person who set the password what their password is.

Does anyone else have administrator access to it? If not another option is to reinstall windows. If your files aren't encrypted you will not lose anything except whatever is in the windows directory.
