So I found these in my garage. Tested and they work fantastic, but how can I make them better? I'm building my first PC and I was going to get some shitty 30 dollar generic speakers until I found this beast, this is music not noise. They've been around for 15 years and still work perfectly. How can I calibrate them or anything to make them even better?

Solution
You could try using EQ software to change the sound but it's not like calibrating a monitor.
https://sourceforge.net/projects/equalizerapo/
https://sourceforge.net/projects/pc-equalizer/
But just like a monitor you can't make a bad monitor into a good one just make it less bad.
If you are happy with the sound maybe a better soundcard would be the way to go.

I want to make them sound a little better if that's possible. Like calibrating colors on a new monitor
