FPS drop ! FROM 60 TO 20 FPS ! HELP (LAPTOP)

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3537U CPU @ 2.00GHz
Video Card #2 NVIDIA GeForce GT 740M
RAM 8.0 GB
Operating System Microsoft Windows 10 (build 15063), 64-bits

HI Please help me i get fps drop in my asus k56cb laptop when i playing games for example in rainbow six siege i play with 60 fps but after 15-20 mins i get 20-30 fps / itk its because my cpu is overheating
how can i fix this problem please ?

Your CPU throttle speeds down when it is almost reaching the max temperature for the CPU and this causes FPS to drop. There is not much you can really do about this besides using a cooling pad.

Some might say replace the thermal paste for the CPU, but many laptops have the CPU & heatsink soldered onto the motherboard... plus, you can cause more harm than good if you try this.
IM NOT SURE.

But I think it has to do with the cooling.
You could try to use a cooling pad if it helps for more cold air, else you could return the cooling pad.
 

Yes im using cooling pad but it dont make any different

 
It sounds pretty normal to me, that cpu isnt that strong because its an ultra efficient laptop cpu(doesnt matter its an i7)

but ive got no clue how to help you futher sorry man.
