Question FPS drops during games (destiny 2) after extended time

I have a gaming laptop, specs being:

-I7-7700 2.8 ghz(3.8 turbo boost)
-nvidia geforce 1060m
-16 gb ram

Any suggestions appreciated!

How do i check the temps of my gpu and cpu? Also running on plug in 24/7.
