Looks great. However, I'm not inclined to preorder one without seeing some independent reviews of the hardware (the screen and battery life in particular). Then, the problem is that either these will probably take months to get from ordering if they are at all popular; or, if they aren't popular, the company might not be around long enough for the upgrade-ability of the laptop to be relevant since there won't be new parts available.

I hope this company succeeds, but I'm rather afraid it won't.

This is EXACTLY what I've been looking for in a laptop!!
...except one huge reason I'm looking for one is because I'm getting into 3D scanning and photogrammetry, and those most often require a dedicated GPU.

Maybe next model, I guess.
I hope.

If I could more comfortably afford it I would consider buying it even with the mentioned concerns just because I want to see things move in this direction.
