My Acer Aspire 4810T want display the internet explorer using the wifi system. I show I'm connect to the wifi service but when I try to bring the internet explorer it show a connection problem. I can bring the internet explorer up when I use my air card.

hello, it's hard to say what the reason is for wireless not working when it says it's connected. Maybe your router settings are incorrect. I don't know, you haven't given much information in order for us to try and trouble shoot.

You don't need Acer tech support. You need to call your ISP, that is the company you pay for internet. They can set it up for you, or should have already.

Turn off your proxy settings or run IE with no-addons.
