Free android phone without contract

my email address is removed by the moderator i just wanted to know how i could get a free andriod without a contract and if there was an application i could fill out to get it?

What / who is going to stop you from walking away with a "free phone" after using it for as little as 1 month? Smartphones do not grow on trees, they cost money.
