Frequent Charging of Laptop in a day

I just bought a new HP Gaming Laptop. Is it okay to charge my laptop frequently in day.

The battery can only be recharged so many times. It is better to use mains power from an outlet when it's available to power the laptop and only run from the battery when no other options are available. Otherwise, you'll end up buying s lot of batteries,

Only charge the battery when it gets low for the reason mentioned above (can only be recharged a finite number of times, after which it will no longer be able to hold a charge).

Put simply, the more often you charge it up, the sooner you'll be having to replace it.
