Solved! Frozen hp laptop

My hp laptop is frozen, I can't type, even my touch mouse doesn't work. I tried ctrl-alt-del and it doesn't work. I waited for 6 hours.

What is the model of the laptop?

What about when in BIOS mode? Does the touchpad and keyboard respond.

To access the BIOS for HP use the following keys
F1 - Options
F9 - Select Boot Device
F10 - BIOS
