Frustrated new member messed up download

About an hour ago I attempted to download
PowerDVD 14 with a shareware license.
Your site confirmed a download, but I could
not find it in my computer. Who do I contact?

Your browsers download folder can be set independantly of the windows download folder.
Bring up your browser and open the downloads (usuallu crtl+j) and see if its there.

No, I had a couple of downloads in my Chrome browser, but it was not there. I have an embarassing
confession to make. I was using Sandboxie with my browser and I think Sandboxie may have not liked
that download because of its size. I have used Sandboxie many times in the past with downloads with no
problem and I was not even thinking that there might be one. Sorry.
