These mics are, to the best of my knowledge, identical to the current
GT44 model. Each mic comes with an aluminum case, the cardiod,
hyper-cardiod and Omni capsules, and the shockmount. The mics are in
mint condition.

$1000 firm, buyer to pay shipping. Paypal preferred.

I thought I would offer this here before putting it on eBay. The
current street price for this package, as best I can determine, is
around $1500.

If you buy these (I like them for certain things, including congas), check
to make sure the output polarity is correct. A batch of them were shipped
with inverted polarity; if yours is one of those, ten minutes with a
soldering iron (on the XLR output jack of the power supply) will fix it.

An easy way to check for proper polarity is to mount the mike in question
right next to a known-good mike (probably every other mic you own) and
record a couple of claves to a stereo file. Look at the waveforms of the two
channels. They should go up and down together. The waveforms won't be
identical, but they should have the same approximate ups and downs.
