Hi,

I can choose between Full HD 60 Inch Television or Ultra HD 55 Inch.

Those are both Smart TV with internet, without 3D.

They are both equal price, but different brands.

I'm wondering if take the Ultra HD this will be usefull?
I mean for example i own myself a 3D television but i never use it. I used it 2 times in 2 years.

Is it waste of money if i take the Ultra HD?
I mean 1080p 60 inch isn't bad at all. Its huge!

TV is broadcast in full HD (at best) and standard blu-rays are full HD as well.
To get any value out of an ultra HD TV you need a player that supports it, and something in ultra HD to play on it.
If the two are the same price, chances are the full HD is better quality, so I would go with that.
The UHD will look clearer - especially if you sit close to it.

I'm happy enough with my 55in 1080p (HD). I don't think at the moment you're going to find much UHD content for the UHD TV. You need a Blu Ray player for movies. But there's not 4K/UHD TV on - yet anyway.

Even with 1080p, most of TV is still 720p - SD.

I have a couch behind my computer so I can sit on the couch to watch movies and sit on the chair to use like a normal computer. So get the UHD and do that. Make sure the TV has connectors that are compatable with the computer first.
