Gain access to Google account on a new phone

I have been trying to get into my old Google account or Gmail account for over a year or two now.. I changed my passwords for my backup accounts as well as my Google account so many different times due to paranoia of someone hacking my stuff I can't get into any of my backup account to verify that it's me and my phone number as well as my phone have been taken since the last time I was able to access my account so every time I try to do the recovery system thing they tell me they can't verify it's my account. I have a new phone with a new number that I would like to set my account on to so can somebody please help me figure out how it is that I will be able to get back into my account? I have a lot of old pictures of my children from when they were newborns that are on that account and that account only.. I have contacted Google I don't know how many times and no one has been able to help me. Please somebody tell me how I need to prove it's my account.

If you don't know your password, and don't have access to the recovery email/phone#, the old account is gone.
If you are paranoia, why did you put anything online?

If Google cant help you, what makes you think anyone here can? Stuff that is that important to you needs to be backed up on a regular basis. Contact Google again, no one here can do a thing for you. Why is it always the people with their first post who ask about password stuff? lol

Be glad that it IS this hard.
New phone, changed passwords....if it were easy, anyone could pretend to be you and take over your accounts.

There is literally nothing we out here can do for you.
