Galaxy S4 doesn't connect to PC

I'm using a windows 8.1 Enterprise edition, I have a problem connecting my S4 to the pc via usb cable.. In device manager it shows a yellow exclamation mark next to MTP.. phone screen shows connected as media device, but nothing pops up on the pc monitor.. can't access my phone card :-( Plz help

Have you tried downloading the drivers for the phone from Samsung?

yes but it doesnt install on the pc at all. i click on the driver setup and nothing happens

Thanks! I installed windows media feature pack for my windows enterprise edition 8.1 and now everything gets connected.. my phone,camera etc.. MTP error resolved! 🙂
