Galaxy S7 or iPhone 7

waiting for iPhone 7, or go to buy Galaxy S7?

I would suggest better a Nexus or a Moto rather than a Samsung. You will get stock OS, fast updates, no lag, vfm etc. 😉

I would choose iPhone 7 as Galaxy S7 would run badly as time goes by. I never trust any Samsung phones since I had used a one before. It often breaks down when I wanna play games.
