i am trying to use an excel file i emailed in an attachment, but the tablet will only open it in a brother scanner printer program and I need to be able to open it with docs to go so i can use the spreadsheet and email it not just print it....

Save the attachment (usually to the downloads folder), then open 'docs to go', click on Files or Desktop files up in the toolbar, and browse to where you saved it and click on it to open it that way.
