After the installization the game file is 60 gb where it should be about 62gb+. and it's not working. what i have to do?

What exactly does "it's not working" mean?

  ■ File won't run?
  ■ Starts to load but crashes?
  ■ Loads but nothing is working correctly?

Did you get any kind of error message, & did you try contacting the publisher's Tech Support division yet, or even check on the company's forums to make sure it's not a common error happening to other users?
