Games are freezing up and downloading apps are not downloading I just keep acting like they are

Do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- Start by doing virus/malware cleanup.

- After doing a virus cleanup do uninstall/reinstall the graphics card driver.
- Uninstall the graphics card driver and software from Device Manager and Programs and Features.
- Download and install the latest driver from the manufacturers site and reboot your laptop.
