Gaming headset for Xbox 360 and PS4

I'm looking for a gaming headset that I can use for both my xbox 360 and PS4 without too much hassle of switching between the two. I have about $115 in gift cards for Best Buy. Ideally I'd like something wireless, but I'm not sure how making connections between the 2 different systems will work. I have one of the newer versions of the Xbox 360. any help would be appreciated

Well, a lot of wireless stuff that sounds good can run $250-$500.

So I am going to recommend instead,
Logitech G430
HyperX Cloud I/II

The Logitech's are nice but if you want a thicker wire and you want the swivel to be more sturdy go for the HyperX, but if you want the best quality for your dollar these are much better than the Clouds.

It's a nice headset, decent mic but not as good as the Logitech mic, it's sturdy and if you take care of the wire it will last a while. Sound quality overall isn't as good as the Logitech's but it's still a nice headset.

From what I can tell, neither of these are compatible with an Xbox 360. I have an Xbox 360 e, and I want something that I can listen to the game audio and still chat. What are your thoughts or anyone else on the Tritton Kunai?
