Gaming laptop: Budget £1000

I am looking for a gaming laptop that will play strategy, MMORPG and some FPS games well and smoothly with a budget of £1000.
I understand a gaming pc would be a better choice but I am after a gaming laptop.

I could recommend Asus. i like them for their good and reliable laptops and you can find a great laptop with a 980m in your budget.
Msi could also be a good option

A gaming laptop with a 980m can be found at around a minimum of around 1800 dollars.

With your budget you will be able to get around a 960m or a 970m if you are lucky.
