In short yes but could you link to the actual laptop.
 
*It's GSYNC at 30Hz to 75Hz!!

That's really awesome and it will make gaming much smoother than normal on a laptop.

**Investigate how to CAP GAMES to stay in the asynchronous mode. If you don't then when you go over 75FPS you are using VSYNC ON or OFF (depending your preset) but not asynchronous which is especially annoying if you are going in and out of it.

Not sure if NVidia has a way to do this easily or not.
