Gaming Laptop Randomly Shuts Off In The Middle Of Use

I will be using it and it will just shut off and go straight to a black screen. I have noticed that when this happens the green light for charging on the power supply block goes off. Could that be causing it? Please Help!

Curious what brand and model? I had a similar issue and returned it today.
